Game Rules

The present Regulations apply to services offered by Open The Door in Alser Straße 27/4+5 1080 Wien.


Before the reservation, the participant must familiarize themselves with the hereby Regulation through our reservation system on our website

Reservation is mandatory in order to take part in the game, and is also a commitment to use the services offered by Open The Door according to the Regulations and the applicable law.

The person making a reservation for the game is obligated to pass the content of Regulations on the rest of the participants.

The game is intended for groups of 2-5 players.

The game is intended for players over the age of 16. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

The game lasts 60 minutes.

The participants are asked to arrive to The Open Door office 15 minutes before the game in order to learn about game rules in detail.

The game is not recommended for people with epilepsy, claustrophobia or people under psychiatric treatment.

Using cell phones, video and audio recorders during the game is prohibited.

Every participant of the game is responsible of their own actions.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and the use of illegal drugs on the Open the door premises is prohibited. Entering our attraction under the use of illegal drugs or consumption of alcohol is prohibited.

Participants are responsible for the room equipment. In case of break or damage of the room equipment, the participants are obligated to pay the costs for the damage.

Carrying sharp and dangerous items or other hazardous substances on the premises is prohibited.

The use of the play area is at your own risk. The participants obliged themselves to provide for their safety.

If violations of rules and contradictory approach to the terms and conditions of the game are noticed, the team of Open The Door has the right to stop and cancel the game.

Open The Door reserves the right to change the Regulations.


Making a reservation is possible via our website, or by phone on number + 43 66913205757.

The user will receive confirmation on his e-mail address a few minutes after the reservation. In case of any issues, please contact us on our telephone number.

Reservations made on the same day the game is held should be confirmed by phone.

Booking games outside the schedule is possible, only when confirmed by phone or e-mail beforehand.


Payment for the game is made after the game is finished at the Open The Door office in Vienna at Alser Straße 27/4+5 1080 Vienna.

One game costs between 18 and 25 euro per person, according to the number of participants:

50€/group of 2 players (25€/player)

69€/group of 3 players (23€/player)

80€/group of 4 players (20€/player)

90€/group of 5 players (18€/player)

Payment is made strictly by cash or by redeeming a voucher.

The Voucher can be purchased directly in the Open The Door office or via bank transfer to our bank account (collection in person, available also on the day of the game, or delivery). The purchase of the voucher must be confirmed by e-mail or telephone. Online payment can be conducted on the following account:

Please remember to include your full name, contact details: telephone number and/or e-mail address in the title with postscript “voucher”. Vouchers are sent by post or e-mail.

The voucher is activated in the system after purchase, which is confirmed with information on the voucher about its number and purchase date.

The voucher is valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
